ABOUT ELISA
Elisa has been a student of yoga for more than 12 years and teaching for seven. She has had the opportunity to experience classes as she traveled extensively. It was when she found Lara Heimann and the LYT™ Method that her world was forever changed. This yoga felt different, it felt better, and it was fun!
Elisa was drawn to the intellectual challenge of learning something new in every class - her practice became better, and that spilled into her life in profound ways. Bringing this style to Park City then felt natural. It is a great match for the athletic town whose residents love to move!
Elisa frequently works with athletes, helping them take their sports to the next level through body awareness, and enhancement of stability, strength and mobility. Well versed in how the body-mind connections can be retrained, Elisa has a unique flair for bringing the principles of functional movement into a practice that is fun and uplifting.
This is a second career for Elisa after spending 18 years in the corporate world as a management consultant, project manager, and corporate trainer.
Elisa lives with her husband, two children, and two dogs in Park City. When she is not teaching or practicing yoga, you can find her cooking up plant-based meals, with friends, and exploring all that Park City has to offer. Elisa also loves to travel and experience all kinds of group classes.
